Crisperdoodle (Herrington-H., 2017) height 34 in., bloom 4.75 in., Early Season Rebloom, Semi-evergreen, Diploid, 35 buds, 7 branches, Unusual Form Crispate, Intense golden yellow self with pea green throat. When I crossed Joyce Lewis' intensely gold Texas Sunlight withmy Hey Bud, I was hoping to get a bold, small, unusual form with amazing branching and rebloom, and the Lord gave me just that. An added plus is the very large foliage of this flower. Last year it looked like corn growing in the garden and the foliage towered over a tetraploid large flower growing next to it! This flower is also special because Hans named this daylily. Children come up with the best names!.....$40 |

Forever Flossie (Herrington-H., 2017) height 28 in., bloom 3.9 in., . Early Midseason, Rebloom, Semi-evergreen, Diploid, 20 buds, 4 branches, Lavender rose with large purple eyezone brushed into the green throat and etched into the veins. The eye is stunning and it reblooms multiple times. Is also a good show flower; won Best Seedling in the Dublin show. It is named for my cat Flossie, who passed away last year. *Happy Mother's Day (Herrington-H., 2017) height 24 in., bloom 5.75 in., Midseason Rebloom, Semi-evergreen, Tetraploid, 12 buds, 2 branches, Sculpted Relief, Coral peach blend with large sculpted rose eye and green throat.. This daylily has a very striking appearance and reblooms several times. As some of you may know, my mother was working to expand her tetraploid hybridizing program, and I wanted to continue that for her. I am very selective of the tetraploids I introduce. Heather's Red Wagon (Herrington-T., 2017) height 28 in., bloom 5 in., Rebloom, Semi-Evergreen, Early Mid Season Diploid, 18 buds, 3 branches, Bright red with red veining heathering into the yellow green throat, white midribs. Heather says that this is the best red she has ever seen, because it is vibrant and holds up well in the sun. It also reblooms multiple times. When Heather faced various challenges, Katisue would tell her, "You just pull your red wagon and don't worry about what others say." So this daylily is also a tribute to Katisue. President Chip (Herrington-H., 2017) height 34 in. bloom 4.4 in., Early Season ,Rebloom, Evergreen, Diploid, 30 buds, 7 branches, Unusual Form Crispate, Magenta purple with deep purple eye brushed into the green throat, white midribs on petals and sepals. This daylily has a commanding garden performance. The president of the local daylily club, Roy "Chip" Wood, saw it and especially liked it, so I wanted to name it for him. Whirlin Curlin (Herrington-H., 2017) height 26 in., bloom 8.5 in., Early Season, Rebloom, Dormant, Diploid, Very fragrant, 30 buds, 5 branches, Unusual Form Crispate, Chartreuse and cream blend with large, neon green throat. This is a prolific flower with a sweet fragrance and multiple rebloom. The name seemed appropriate for this unusual form, and it is named for Mike and Deborah Curlin, who are members of multiple clubs in Georgia and are liked by everyone they meet. *Wow are You (Herrington-H., 2017) height 28 in., bloom 6 in., Midseason Rebloom, Evergreen, Tetraploid, 15 buds, 2 branches, Cream with large purple eye, ruffled purple edge, and green throat. The eye color is etched into the throat and is brushed very far onto the petals and sepals. This is very eye catching in the garden and in a show. The pod parent is Camphouse Belle, one of my mother's introductions which has consistently proven to be a great tetraploid. As I have said before, I am very selective of the tetraploids I introduce, as I believe they must not just be a pretty face, but also they should be an enduring garden plant with good growing habits.
